Leather Boots

We are wondering what is taking so long but that doesn’t belong to us anymore. That’s not what love is for. Love would die for us all over again. It does proportionally just so that we can remember who, why, where and when. Love is always in the air. We just have to find it. Sometimes we have to become the love to find it. It’s complicated yet soothing.

It’s easy to embody love until we go out in the world, surrounded by hateful people, bringing our level of love down from the crown to the roots of our feet, dug properly into an old snug pair of leather boots.

Maybe a metaphor will teach us more. Sometimes we fall to the floor, then the ground, then the dirt, then the mud.

Sometimes it’s just scratches. Other times it’s blood that goes out with a thud. & sometimes we might just light the right matches to violate the voter who snatches our coins & joins the network with a precious smirk.

We finally did it. We accomplished our mission & reached our goal, delivering the right role to the right person of interest in terms of emotional employment. It’s okay to vent. It’s okay to dump your issues on anyone. Go get a box of tissues & work it out with yourself.

That’s what it’s all about.
