Hourglass: The Quiet Quiz

As much as I hate applying liquid eyeliner because it’s so messy if I mess up & I feel like it’s it’s multiplying by lying to me, it is far superior to regular liner that fades after 30 minutes and bleeds into the eyeshadow & mascara just when I don’t need it to. The liquid lasts all day, rather than a few hours. You know when the look turns sour.

The hourglass fades into the mighty blades of the window shield that almost died when they failed to yield at a high speed turn, landing upside down & twisted sideways in a rural field that mysteriously didn’t burn, rather than waiting for the afternoon traffic rush to pass. It was an unnecessarily hard lesson to learn & a commission that they didn’t earn but we did before we were even kids. We opened the lids on the stolen lies that still tries to forbid us to worship God for who he is. Jesus already passed that test & rewrote the quiet quiz.
